​Cure at Core ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.cureatcore.ca website (the "Service" which includes Homeopathic care).

  • You will not be asked to come off medications during your Homeopathic care.

  • Only a licensed medical doctor can diagnose illnesses or modify prescription medications.

  • You may be asked to undergo additional health checks to see if your medications are still required.

  • Clients/patients assume full responsibility for the use of any information provided on this website and for the outcomes of their actions.

  • The content of this website is not intended for, nor should it be used as, a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • We do not promise or guarantee specific outcomes from homeopathic care or services.

  • Cure at Core cannot provide an emergency service. If you need emergency care please contact your nearest emergency services. ​

Cure at Core will abide by the BCAH Code of Ethics and by the principle of B.C. Human Rights Code.

Cure at Core does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), medical history, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, providing patient care, hiring and firing of staff, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff, clients/patients. We will take affirmative action measures to ensure against discrimination.

Booking Policy

You must be over the age of 18 to use this service.

The consent will cover the entire course of Homeopathic care that you use through Cure at Core.

You confirm that you have made this appointment in good faith and that you have the ability to accept or reject this care of your own free will and choice and are mentally competent to enter into this agreement.

You acknowledge that you are not representing an agency (private, governmental or otherwise) attempting to gather information without so stating (i.e. you are not a reporter posing as a patient).

You understand the charges are to be paid on booking the consultation unless specific prior arrangements have been made or there is no charge.

You will ensure that any photos or videos you send will not show nudity of private parts of the body of adults or children.

You consent to the homeopath holding records and personal information/disclosures that include any information you send & disclosures you make during appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the fee.
If Manuhran Thalayan cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. If no mutually agreeable time can be found, a full refund will be issued.

Refusal or discontinuation of Homeopathic Service 
Cure at Core reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the Homeopathic services based, but not limited to, conflict of interest, caseload, personal competency where the patient's condition is outside of the homeopath’s individual or professional scope of practice, beyond his or her current knowledge, skill and ability, patient consistently fails to comply with the Homeopathy protocol, repeatedly misses appointments, chronically late, fails to pay for services, is abusive or disrespectful to the homeopath or staff.​​​

Changes To The Terms & Conditions

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.

You are advised to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms & Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.

If we make any material changes to these Terms & Conditions, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by listing the date it was last updated.
